The packing machine for granules is a fully automatic packaging equipment integrating automatic weighing, metering, bag making, filling, sealing, and cutting. It is mainly used for high-speed quantitative packaging of granular, lumpy, and some irregular materials. The equipment typically consists of a multi-head combination scale linked with a vertical bag-making packaging machine, achieving high-precision metering and high-efficiency packaging through an intelligent control system.

The entire machine adopts a modular structure design, allowing for the configuration of different specifications of multi-head scales (such as 10-head, 14-head, etc.) and bag makers of different sizes according to different material characteristics and customer needs. This enables multi-specification packaging production, combining flexibility and stability.

During operation, materials are first conveyed to the distribution tray of the multi-head combined scale via a feeding device (such as a Z-type elevator). The distribution tray vibrates to evenly distribute the material into each weighing hopper, and each hopper weighs independently.

The control system uses a combination algorithm to quickly calculate the optimal combination closest to the target weight from multiple weighing hoppers and simultaneously opens the corresponding hopper, releasing the material into the collection hopper, which then enters the packaging machine's feed pipe below.

Simultaneously, the packaging film is conveyed by the unwinding device, rolled into a cylindrical shape by the forming device, and the longitudinal sealing mechanism completes the back seal. The transverse sealing mechanism completes the bottom and top seals as the material falls. After filling, the transverse sealing device seals and cuts the package, forming individual packaging bags.

The entire process is coordinated by a PLC and touchscreen control system, with high synchronization between each process, achieving continuous, high-speed, and stable automated production.

The upright stainless steel structure is sturdy and durable, and the adjustable casters at the bottom make it easy to move and install.

PLC + touch screen control allows for flexible parameter settings and provides a simple and intuitive operation.

When linked with a multi-head scale, it enables automatic and rapid filling, reducing material waste.

It adopts vibration dispensing and combined metering, which is highly accurate and adaptable to various granular materials.
