This small powder filling machine is composed of a main unit (bag-forming and packaging system), a screw feeder, a feeding pipeline system, and an electrical control system. The screw feeder ensures stable and continuous transfer of raw materials from the storage hopper to the metering unit, delivering them into the hopper through a sealed pipeline, effectively minimizing dust leakage and maintaining a clean production environment.

The main unit features a vertical design, where film roll forming automatically creates bags with a back-seal structure. The screw dosing system then accurately fills each bag according to the preset weight. This is followed by longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, and cutting, resulting in neatly finished back-seal packages. The machine supports flexible packaging specifications, allowing adjustment of parameters or replacement of screw components to meet different product requirements and achieve versatile production.

The control system is based on PLC programming and is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen interface. It enables intuitive parameter setting and real-time monitoring, while offering functions such as fault alarms and automatic shutdown, ensuring easy operation, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance.

The screw feeder is constructed from stainless steel, with its internal screw shaft powered by a motor to provide continuous and consistent material transfer. The feeding pipeline system features a fully sealed connection design, effectively minimizing material leakage and preventing contamination during conveying.
