Product Description
The stand-up zipper pouch filling machine for powder is an automated powder filling device designed for prefabricated vertical zipper bags. It can complete operations such as bag loading, bag opening, inspection, powder metering and filling, leveling/compacting, sealing, and finished product output.
The equipment adopts a filling structure of powder screw conveying + servo screw metering. After the powder enters the metering system from the storage hopper, the servo motor controls the screw rotation to stably deliver the set weight of powder into the packaging bag.
The entire machine uses an eight-station rotary platform, with each prefabricated bag sequentially passing through different working positions to complete the packaging operation. Compared to manual bag loading, manual weighing, and manual sealing, this structure reduces manual operations while maintaining a stable production cycle.

1. Eight-Station Rotary Platform: After the pre-made bags are placed in the working position, the rotary platform delivers the packaging bags to different stations sequentially according to a fixed rhythm. Each station is responsible for the corresponding packaging action, ensuring that bag loading, bag opening, filling, and sealing operations are completed in a fixed sequence.
2. Automatic Bag Opening and Detection: The equipment is equipped with an automatic bag opening mechanism to open and position the packaging bags. It also features a packaging bag detection function. If the equipment does not detect a packaging bag, or the bag is not properly opened, it can implement a "no bag, no filling" function.
3. PLC + Touch Screen Control: The equipment adopts a PLC control system + color touch screen operating interface. The equipment operating parameters, including filling-related parameters, sealing parameters, and action time, can be adjusted and viewed through the touch screen.
