This powder pouch filling and sealing machine adopts a modular integrated production line design. The upper layer typically houses a powder conveying and metering system (screw feeder + servo screw metering device), while the lower layer contains the automatic stand-up pouch packaging unit (rotary type). The entire line is centrally controlled by a PLC, enabling automatic bag picking, bag opening, quantitative filling, and heat sealing.

During operation, powder material enters the metering chamber through a closed conveyor system. A servo motor drives the screw for precise metering, and the powder is then stably filled into the stand-up pouches through the discharge port, ensuring consistent packaging weight and effective dust control.

The screw metering system uses a servo motor to drive a stainless steel screw, with adjustable pitch and speed.

The bottom of the hopper features an optimized conical structure, which allows the powder to naturally flow towards the discharge port, reducing residual dead corners.

The constant temperature heating sealing structure allows for precise temperature control, adapting to different composite film materials and ensuring sealing strength and airtightness.

Employing a mechanical gripper structure, the powder pouch filling and sealing machine automatically retrieves stand-up pouches from the bag storage and achieves precise alignment via positioning guide rails.
