The eight-station rotary powder bagging machine utilizes pre-made bags and establishes a continuous production rhythm via a rotary platform. Upon entering the machine from the bag-feeding zone, empty bags are individually picked up by a mechanical mechanism and secured in their respective positions. The machine then executes programmed operations, including bag positioning, precise powder dispensing, and sealing. The powder metering unit dispenses the product according to preset fill parameters; following filling, the bag opening is aligned before entering the heat-sealing zone to create a sealed package. The finished product is discharged from the machine and can be routed to downstream systems-such as conveying, inspection, labeling, or boxing-based on production requirements.

The capacity and structure of the powder hopper can be configured according to product characteristics and production requirements.

The bag-gripping arms serve to hold the pre-made bag in position. During equipment operation, these arms must ensure that the bag does not undergo significant displacement caused by the rotating and filling actions.

The rotary motion of the drive system coordinates the various workstations, enabling the pre made pouch machine to continuously execute successive packaging cycles.

During the heat-sealing process, the sealing components of the pressure mechanism must apply steady pressure to the bag opening to ensure full contact between the packaging materials. Pressure, along with parameters such as temperature and time, collectively determines the final quality of the seal.
