In the packaging of powder into pre-made bags, the quality of the final product is typically influenced by several critical factors: proper bag opening, accurate powder delivery into the bag, avoidance of contamination at the bag mouth during filling, the flatness of the sealing area, and the compatibility of sealing parameters with the packaging material.

The eight-station premade bag packing machine is structurally configured to address these specific stages. After entering the machine from the bag magazine, a pre-made bag is transported by a pickup mechanism, followed by opening and status verification at subsequent stations. Once the bag is confirmed to be ready for packaging, the powder metering system dispenses a precise amount of material into it.

Following the filling process, the bag moves to the mouth-handling zone. The bag mouth is aligned before entering the heat-sealing mechanism, ensuring the sealing area remains stable. For products with high aesthetic standards, this stable positioning helps minimize issues such as skewed seals, wrinkles, and material entrapment within the seal.

The entire system utilizes a multi-station rotary layout, with distinct operations assigned to independent stations; this allows actions such as bag pickup, opening, filling, and sealing to be performed sequentially in rhythm with the machine's operation.

The storage mechanism holds the pre-made bags awaiting packaging. Operators can replenish the supply of bags in advance, and the bag-pickup mechanism retrieves them one by one during equipment operation.

The automatic bag-retrieval mechanism uses suction cups, gripping devices, or similar structures to separate individual bags from the bag magazine and accurately deliver them to the bag-clamping position, thereby reducing the issue of multiple bags entering the equipment simultaneously.

The premade bag packing machine temperature detection assembly monitors the temperature of the heat-sealing zone in real time, ensuring the sealing heating process remains within the set range. Different packaging materials require corresponding heat-sealing parameters.

The rotary table and workstation drive mechanism move in the sequence of the equipment's workstations, enabling various packaging operations to be completed according to a fixed cycle. The multi-station structure distributes different operations to their respective positions, facilitating smooth coordination between actions.
