Automatic Granule Filling Machine

This complete, fully automated bottling/canning line is designed for the quantitative filling and sealing of granular products. Centered around either gravimetric (weight-based) or volumetric (volume-based) metering, the automatic granule filling machine system integrates processes including bottle unscrambling, automatic feeding, quantitative filling, in-line checkweighing, capping/sealing, labeling, and finished-product discharge. It is suitable for packaging a wide range of granular materials-such as roasted nuts and snacks, confectionery and chocolates, coffee beans, seeds, seasonings, pharmaceutical granules, and chemical granules-into bottles or jars. The entire line is managed via a centralized PLC and touchscreen control system. Key stations are equipped with high-precision sensors and servo drives, ensuring high filling accuracy while preserving the integrity of the granular products and maintaining a clean production environment.

Superior precision compared to volumetric filling: By using weight as the primary control parameter, weighing-based filling is unaffected by fluctuations in material bulk density, ensuring significantly better consistency between batches than purely volumetric methods.

Broad material adaptability: The system handles a wide range of products-from 5g portions of items like goji berries or candies to 2000g quantities of nuts or rice-simply by swapping out the weighing hoppers and filling heads, eliminating the need for a new machine.

Reduced reliance on manual labor: The entire line requires only 1–2 operators for material replenishment and routine inspection. With fully automated, seamless integration across bottle unscrambling, filling, sealing, and labeling, labor costs per unit of output are significantly lowered.

Suitable for clean production environments: The filling area can be equipped with transparent dust covers and vacuum extraction ports. Combined with a sealed hopper design, this minimizes dust leakage and improves the working environment on the production floor.
