This powder mixer machine is a horizontal mixing device designed for batch mixing of dry powders. The machine employs a continuous spiral structure internally, where the powder, once added, is continuously propelled, tumbled, and redistributed by the rotating spiral, ensuring thorough contact between different ingredients within the same mixing space. The entire machine consists of a mixing cylinder, spiral blades, mixing shaft, motor, reducer, bearings, sealing structure, and bottom discharge system. It doesn't simply "turn" the powder around; rather, it completes batch mixing through the continuous motion of the spiral. The equipment can be used for various dry powders such as flour, milk powder, protein powder, seasoning powder, spice powder, nutritional powder, and food additives. The equipment capacity, spiral structure, and motor power can be adjusted according to the actual materials, batch weight, and production method.

1. Material contact parts can be made of SUS304 or SUS316L: The appropriate material can be selected based on the powder type and hygiene requirements. Specific configurations are available for food and nutritional powder applications.
2. Equipment size and power can be matched to the powder type: The machine is not simply selected based on "quantity," but rather by combining powder density, batch weight, flowability, screw size, and production volume to match the motor, reducer, and mixing structure.
3. It can be expanded from a standalone machine to automated production: The basic version allows for manual feeding and discharging; later versions can be connected to automatic feeding, metering, storage, and powder packaging equipment, facilitating gradual improvement in automation.
