The powder ribbon blender features a horizontal structure, with its core working components being a stirring shaft running through the mixing chamber and spiral blades mounted on the shaft. A motor and reducer provide stable rotational power, while the spiral blades continuously agitate the powder within the cylinder.

It is well-suited for factories that no longer want to rely on manual mixing or where ordinary small-scale mixing equipment cannot meet their production capacity.

The machine can homogenize single powders and can also be used for mixing formulations of two, three, or even more powders. For example, after adding base powder, flavoring powder, additives, and nutrients to the equipment in specific proportions, the spiral continuously agitates the materials, causing the powders, which were originally dispersed in different locations, to redistribute.

2. Easy Connection to Front-End and Back-End Equipment: The top can be connected to hoppers, screw conveyors, or vacuum feeding equipment; the bottom can be connected to storage hoppers, conveying equipment, etc., allowing the mixer to be directly integrated into existing production lines.

3. Adjustable to Site Dimensions: If the factory has already determined the equipment installation location, the feed height, discharge height, frame size, and interface positions can be adjusted according to the site's ceiling height, platform height, feeding equipment, discharging equipment, and aisle space.

The helical blades continuously propel the powder as the shaft rotates. The diameter, pitch, thickness, and arrangement of the blades affect the movement of the material inside the cylinder.

The discharge valve is used to control the discharge of powder after mixing is complete. It can be operated manually or pneumatically.

Powders easily generate dust during feeding and mixing. Therefore, the feed inlet, inspection port, and shaft end are all designed with sealing and dust prevention in mind.

The powder ribbon blender electrical control box is responsible for the operation and control of the entire equipment. It can perform start/stop/emergency stop.
