After packaging production begins, the film roll is continuously conveyed to the film guiding system by the film feeding device. Under the action of the tension adjustment mechanism, the packaging film maintains a stable running state and enters the forming area.

After being guided and folded, the packaging film forms multiple continuous packaging channels. The longitudinal heat-sealing assembly first completes the back sealing, forming a continuous tubular bag structure. Liquid products are conveyed from the storage system to the distribution device and then enter the respective filling mechanisms.

When the packaging bag moves to the set position, the liquid is accurately injected into the bag. Subsequently, the transverse sealing mechanism completes the upper and lower sealing actions, while the cutting system separates the finished product from the continuous packaging. Finally, uniformly sized, securely sealed individual strip bags are formed and conveyed to the collection area.

The equipment is equipped with a continuous film supply mechanism, which can maintain a stable delivery of packaging film during high-speed production.

At high speeds, the servo system can effectively reduce problems such as sealing misalignment, uneven sealing patterns, and bag length errors.

The tomato paste packaging machine horizontal sealing assembly adopts a quick-release design concept, which enables rapid assembly and disassembly through a positioning structure and a locking mechanism.

During the packaging film's operation, photoelectric sensors continuously monitor the film's edge position. When a misalignment occurs, the correction mechanism automatically adjusts the conveyor trajectory to ensure accurate alignment between the printed pattern and the cutter position.
