This stick filling machine uses an automatic film feeding system. A forming device folds the packaging film into multiple independent packaging channels, and the back-seal structure creates a continuous bag. It can be matched with different metering systems such as piston pumps, rotary pumps, peristaltic pumps, or flow meters to achieve precise quantitative filling, depending on the product characteristics.

The machine has a compact structure and small footprint, yet high production efficiency. It can be customized with 4, 6, 8, 10, or even more packaging channels according to customer needs. During operation, each packaging row simultaneously completes bag making and filling, ensuring uniform packaging size, smooth sealing, and high aesthetic appeal.

2. Stable back-seal forming process: Through the cooperation of a precision forming mechanism and sealing system, the back seal line of the bag is uniform and consistent, improving the appearance quality and sealing performance of the packaging.

3. Automatic monitoring and protection function: The equipment can monitor temperature, film status, operating speed, and fault information in real time. It automatically alarms and shuts down in case of abnormalities, ensuring production safety.

4. Adaptable to multiple packaging specifications: By changing some molds and adjusting parameters, liquid strip bags of different lengths, widths, and capacities can be produced, improving equipment utilization.

Equipped with an industrial-grade touchscreen and PLC control system, it can display operating speed, output statistics, temperature status, and fault information in real time.

A high-sensitivity photoelectric detection system is used to monitor the edge position of the packaging film in real time.

The film supply system is equipped with an automatic tension control mechanism, which can adjust the film feeding force in real time according to the operating speed, avoiding deviation caused by excessively loose film or stretching deformation caused by excessively tight film.

The servo system can precisely control the sealing time, pressure, and position, effectively reducing sealing deviation, incomplete sealing, and false sealing.

The stick filling machine horizontal sealing assembly adopts a modular design, allowing for quick disassembly and maintenance.

Optional safety ladder and top guardrail assembly are available. This assembly is designed to match the overall height of the equipment and the site layout, facilitating safe operation for personnel during material feeding, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.
