Products Description
The sauce sachet machine mainly consists of a film supply system, a bag making system, a liquid supply system, a metering and filling mechanism, a heat sealing mechanism, and a bag cutting and output system. During operation, multiple packaging lanes run synchronously, with each lane independently completing liquid filling and bag sealing, enabling stable and efficient continuous production.
The equipment uses an automatic film conveyor system. After the packaging film enters the forming area, it forms a tubular bag, which is then longitudinally heat-sealed to create a back seal. Liquid material enters the filling mechanism via a conveyor pipe and is automatically fed according to the set capacity, followed by top sealing and cutting.
Working principle
During operation, the packaging film is automatically unwound from the film feeding system and smoothly transported through a tension control mechanism to maintain stable film movement. After entering the forming section, the film is shaped into a continuous tubular structure, while the longitudinal sealing unit securely seals the back side of the pouch.
The liquid product is delivered to the filling system through an automatic feeding device, where it is accurately measured and filled according to preset parameters controlled by the PLC system. Once filling is completed, the horizontal sealing unit seals the top and bottom of the pouch with heat, and the cutting device separates each finished package individually.
Throughout the packaging process, the photoelectric tracking system continuously detects the registration marks on the film, ensuring precise alignment between the printed pattern and the cutting position. This helps maintain consistent bag length and delivers neat, professional-looking packaging results.
