Snus Packing Machine

The snus packing machine integrates bag forming, metering, filling, and sealing into a single unit, minimizing manual intervention and enabling a continuous production process that transforms bulk material into finished small pouches.

Packaging film first passes through the unwinding and guiding systems into the forming zone, where the machine shapes it into a continuous tube of pouches based on preset dimensions. Next, the metering mechanism dispenses a precise amount of snus material into the pouch, followed by longitudinal and transverse sealing operations to close the package. Finally, a cutter separates the pouches according to the set length; the finished pouches exit the machine and can be linked to downstream equipment for counting, collecting, cartoning, or canning.

The equipment first continuously feeds the packaging film-supplied in roll form-to the bag-forming mechanism, where a forming assembly shapes the material into a continuous series of bags of specified dimensions. Simultaneously, the snus material enters the dosing system, where it is measured into preset quantities and accurately deposited into the corresponding bag cavities in synchronization with the machine's operating cycle. Once filled, the bags undergo longitudinal and transverse heat sealing to create a secure, airtight structure; a cutting mechanism then severs the strip according to the set bag length, ultimately discharging individual snus pouches.

A storage hopper is positioned at the top of the equipment to temporarily hold the snus material awaiting packaging, ensuring a continuous feed into the metering system located below.

The metering system is located in the core area at the top of the equipment and controls the fill weight of each bag based on preset parameters.

The snus packing machine ultrasonic sealing zone is more concentrated, making it suitable for small-sized bags and packaged products that require high sealing precision.

The packaging film travels downward through multiple sets of guide rollers; the guiding system maintains the film's running direction and tension, ensuring stable entry into the bag-forming zone and minimizing tracking deviations during operation.
