The automatic spices packing machine is an automated packaging device designed around two core issues: stable powder feeding and simultaneous multi-row bag forming. The machine adopts a multi-channel parallel structure, and a unified control system coordinates and controls the bag making, filling, and sealing processes of each row, ensuring stable output even at high speeds.

During operation, the powder material first enters the metering and distribution system, where it is evenly distributed to each packaging channel according to the set single-bag weight. Addressing the issues of powder accumulation, adhesion, or uneven flow, the machine features targeted optimizations in the feeding structure and drop path, allowing powder to smoothly enter the bag and reducing blockages and metering fluctuations.

High output, multi-lane simultaneous operation: Traditional single-row packaging machines can only produce one bag line at a time, while multi-row four-side sealing machines can produce 2-8 rows or even more simultaneously.

Excellent packaging precision and consistency: The screw feeding system is precisely controlled, with an error typically within ±1-2%.

Convenient operation and high degree of automation: The touch screen centrally displays and adjusts parameters; bag length, filling volume, sealing temperature, speed, etc., can all be quickly adjusted.

The PLC control system can be set with multiple independent parameters to suit the production needs of different powders and bag types.

Mechanical advantage: control the vertical and the horizontal sealing mechanical structure is more direct and stable, not affected by the air source

Food-grade SS304 machine frame; all the contact parts are stainless steel seamless tubes of 0.3 mm.
