The liquid sachet packaging machine is a continuous automatic system designed for forming, metering, filling, and sealing small-dose liquid products. It adopts a dual-channel parallel structure, allowing two independent packaging lanes to operate simultaneously within a single machine frame, thereby significantly increasing production capacity and improving overall output efficiency. This equipment is widely used for high-speed liquid packaging in the food, daily chemical, and chemical industries. 1. Dual-lane bag forming system: Employs a dual-channel independent forming structure, combined with a servo film traction and photoelectric correction system, ensuring consistent bag shape and stable operation between the two rows.

2. Liquid metering and filling system: Utilizes a servo piston pump or gear pump for metering, achieving synchronous, high-precision liquid filling between the two lanes, and is equipped with an anti-drip back-suction nozzle design.

3. Hopper and feeding system: Uses a food-grade stainless steel hopper, supporting heating, stirring, and automatic liquid level control to ensure a continuous and stable supply of materials.

The filling nozzle is made of fine-diameter stainless steel and has a built-in back-suction control structure to reduce liquid residue at the moment of dispensing.

The heat sealing knife is made of high-strength alloy material and undergoes wear-resistant treatment, ensuring stable sealing performance and no deformation even under long-term high-temperature operation.

The liquid sachet packaging machine has all stainless steel parts that come into contact with materials internally polished.

The film support frame supports the installation of various roll film specifications and is equipped with a tension adjustment device to ensure stable operation of packaging films of different thicknesses.
