Safety precautions when using packaging machine:
1. Please press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power supply in case of spraying material, hand clamping and other accidents.
2. Wrap the bag as required, and clamp the bag head completely against the bag to avoid spraying.
3. When the sealing is not strict, please stop the switch and check whether the packaging container meets the relevant provisions first, and then adjust the sealing pressure and increase the heat sealing temperature.
4. In case of bag expansion and large dust, please adjust the pressure of fluidized air source appropriately. In case of slow discharge blocking, please increase the pressure of fluidized air source or the stroke of slow discharge cylinder appropriately.
5. When the material is blocked, please switch to -- mode to adjust the flow air source pressure for manual discharge, or do not cover the bag, dredge the discharge pipeline through the dredge rod. If it does not work, please remove the air replenishment device or the fluidization bin cover plate to take out the lumped material.
6. Before going off work, please clean up the residual dust on the scales in the warehouse.
7. Before going off work, please switch the selection switch to manual mode and cut off the total power supply.
8. Master the treatment method of plugging material.
Extrusion blocking: it can be solved by increasing the pressure of fluidized gas source or switching to - mode to clean the discharge pipeline
Large material blocking: when the method is invalid, it is necessary to open bu gas device or fluidization warehouse cover plate, take out the agglomerated material, and then carry out normal packaging.
