Operating procedures for safe use of automatic particle packaging machine:
1. Before opening the automatic particle packaging machine, check whether the specifications of the cup and bag maker are consistent with the requirements.
2. Before installation, check its voltage and power to avoid unnecessary damage caused by mistake during power connection. The voltage and power of different products are different.
3. Before starting the machine, check whether there is any fault in the equipment and disinfect the device in contact with food to ensure food hygiene.
4. Manually pull the belt of the main motor to see whether the machine operates flexibly. After confirming that there is no abnormal condition, the machine can be powered on.
5. Set the temperature. According to the packaging materials used, set the heat sealing temperature on the temperature controller of the electric control box.
6. During shutdown, the heat sealer must be in the open position to prevent burning of packaging materials and prolong the service life of the heat sealer.
7. Metering adjustment: when the measured weight of the packaging material is less than the required weight, the adjustment screw ring of the metering plate can be slightly adjusted clockwise to achieve the required packaging amount. If it is greater than the required weight, the reverse is true
8. After the charging operation is normal, the machine can work normally. Turn on the counter switch to complete the counting. Finally, install the protective cover.
9. In case of equipment failure, all power switches shall be disconnected, and attention shall be paid not to touch the position of horizontal and vertical seals with hands to avoid scalding.
