2. Clean feeding system and measuring machine before production to ensure product hygiene.

5. In the production process, check the product quality at any time, such as vegetable silk, vacuum degree, heat sealing line, buckle, weight and other basic requirements of the product whether qualified, if there is any problem, adjust at any time.
6. The operator shall not adjust some operation parameters of the machine at will, such as operation times, servo and frequency conversion parameters. If adjustment is needed, it must be reported to the section chief for adjustment by relevant maintenance personnel or technical personnel; In production, according to the actual situation, the operator can adjust the temperature and some phase Angle parameters of each temperature controller appropriately, but must inform the group leader and section chief first, to ensure that all parameters of equipment operation are controlled in the whole production process, to ensure the stable operation of equipment, to ensure the normal production and product quality.
7. If there is any problem in production or equipment or product quality is not qualified, stop the machine immediately and deal with the problem. It is strictly forbidden to deal with problems during the operation of the machine to prevent safety accidents.
If they can not deal with the problem or a big problem, immediately notify the team leader, maintenance personnel to deal with, and hang up the "maintenance, do not boot" safety warning board. Operators must work with maintenance personnel to resolve problems more quickly and resume production.
8. During operation, operators should always pay attention to the safety of themselves and others, especially to the safety and protection of heat sealing knives, scissors, car parts, empty boxes, camshaft, measuring cup observation hole of measuring machine, measuring machine mixing machine, conveyor and other parts to prevent safety accidents.
9. The operator can only touch the touch screen with clean fingers. It is strictly forbidden to press or knock the touch screen with fingertips, nails or other hard objects.
10. When debugging the machine or adjusting the bag-making quality, bag-opening quality, filling effect, trolley bag expanding and collecting, only manual switch can be used for debugging. The above debugging is strictly prohibited when the machine is running to avoid safety accidents. When it is necessary to debug and deal with major faults and open the CAM box to adjust the CAM or replace the spring, the safety warning board of "maintenance is in process, startup is prohibited" must be hung on the touch screen of the machine operation. At the same time, anyone who sees a safety warning sign on anything must not operate the machine at his own risk.
11. Each operator shall ensure the hygiene of the machine and the surrounding ground at any time, clean up the vegetable shreks on the ground and the machine in time, and shall not place sundry things such as roll film and carton around the machine at will. Unqualified products and sundries of the plastic basket should be standardized placement, keep the site clean.
12. Clean up vegetables on the ground at any time, keep the platform clean, and pay attention to whether the conveyor belt runs off-track. If the conveyor belt runs off-track, correct it immediately to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.
13. At the end of each shift, the operator must cut off the bottom and clean the mechanical equipment. During the cleaning process, do not wash the equipment with large or high pressure water (except for the special small water gun configured for each machine), and pay attention to the protection of electrical components. After cleaning, make sure there is no water on the machine or the ground before leaving.
