Industry Background
In recent years, with the upgrading of consumption structure and the continuous segmentation of end-market demand, small-sized liquid packaging has been widely used in many industries such as food, condiments, daily chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. From disposable sauce packets and seasonings to trial packs of personal care products and functional liquid products, small-sized liquid packaging is gradually becoming one of the mainstream forms in the market.
As the order volume of various pouch packaging industries continues to expand, traditional low-speed, highly manual packaging methods can no longer meet the requirements of enterprises for capacity and consistency. The industry is gradually transforming from single-row, semi-automatic equipment to multi-lane, high-speed, and automated equipment.
Multi-lane back-seal liquid stick pack machines, due to their high output per unit area and adaptability to multi-specification production, have become one of the important equipment types in the field of liquid pouch packaging and have also driven the continuous iteration and upgrading of related technologies.

Working Principle
1. Packaging Film Conveying and Forming: The packaging film is smoothly conveyed by the film feeding device and folded by the forming device to form six parallel bag-making channels.
2. Longitudinal Sealing (Back Sealing): The formed packaging film is heated and pressurized to complete the longitudinal back sealing, ensuring that the packaging bag is firmly sealed and has a neat appearance.
3. Liquid Metering and Filling: Liquid materials are simultaneously fed into six feed pipes via a high-precision metering system for quantitative filling. The anti-drip design effectively prevents residual liquid from dripping.
4. Horizontal Sealing and Cutting: The horizontal sealing device seals the bag opening and cuts it to the set bag length, forming an individual finished product bag.
5. Finished Product Output and Continuous Operation: Finished bags are output via the discharge system. An uninterrupted film supply system supports film changes without stopping the machine, enabling continuous production.
Industry Development Trends
In the future, the development of multi-row back-seal liquid packaging machines will focus more on:
Higher continuous production capacity
More stable filling and sealing quality
More intelligent control and management systems
Safer and easier-to-maintain structural design
Many companies should conduct a comprehensive evaluation of liquid packaging equipment from multiple dimensions, including overall production efficiency, long-term stable operation, and maintenance costs, rather than focusing solely on speed.
