This is a liquid sachet filling machine. During operation, it automatically completes processes such as film unfolding, bag forming, quantitative filling, heat sealing, and bag cutting. After startup, the packaging film descends smoothly, the forming device folds the film into a bag shape, and the liquid material is accurately filled into the bag through the feeding pipe. The bag is then sealed and the finished product is output. The entire process is continuous and smooth.

The machine adopts a metal frame structure, ensuring stability and minimizing vibration during operation. Parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel for easy cleaning, making it suitable for production environments with high hygiene requirements. The sealing area is heated evenly, resulting in a flat and secure bag opening and a uniform appearance of the finished product.

An operation and maintenance platform, equipped with stairs and guardrails, is located on the upper part of the machine for easy loading, adjustment, and daily inspection.
