The top of the doypack filling machine is equipped with a 10-head weigher, serving as the main weighing component. This weigher consists of multiple independent weighing units, each hopper equipped with an independent sensor to simultaneously collect different weight data. The control system, based on the set packaging weight, calculates and selects the optimal weighing combination to ensure the granular product quickly reaches the target weight.

Materials are conveyed to the weigher's storage area via a Z-type bucket conveyor. The conveyor uses a bucket conveyor structure, enabling continuous lifting of granular materials while reducing the frequency of manual loading. The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the packaging speed, ensuring synchronization between feeding and weighing.

The main packaging unit employs an 8-station rotary platform structure. The rotary platform operates intermittently at fixed angles, with each station corresponding to different packaging actions, including bag picking, bag opening, filling, inspection, and sealing. This multi-station design allows multiple actions to be performed simultaneously, increasing the packaging quantity per unit time.

The bottom of the equipment is the packaging execution area, including the bag clamping mechanism, bag opening mechanism, filling port, heat sealing mechanism, and finished product output structure. All actions are controlled by a unified PLC system, ensuring precise coordination between all mechanisms.

Equipped with a ten-head combination scale, it enables simultaneous weighing across multiple channels. It employs high-precision load cells to monitor the weight of each bucket of material in real time.

The storage hopper, located above the combined scale, is used for temporary storage and even distribution of materials. This ensures a continuous supply of materials to the weighing system and reduces supply fluctuations.

The doypack filling machine eight-station rotary platform features independent packaging steps at each station, reducing waiting time. Precise control of rotation and positioning ensures stable bag movement.

The heat sealing system uses an independent temperature control structure to regulate the sealing temperature. Sealing parameters can be adjusted according to different packaging film materials.
