This pre made pouch filling machine is designed around three core aspects: precise feeding, stable bag clamping, and efficient sealing. A ten-head combination weigher is installed on the top of the machine to quickly weigh the granule products. Each weighing unit has independent control functions, automatically calculating the combined weight based on the set weight, thereby improving packaging accuracy.

Below is the automatic packaging work platform, which adopts an eight-station rotary structure. The packaging bags pass through different working positions sequentially with the turntable, each position performing actions such as bag picking, bag opening, detection, filling, and sealing.

The automatic bag feeding system uses a mechanical gripping structure to continuously complete the storage, retrieval, and conveying of pre-made bags, ensuring that each packaged bag accurately enters the clamping position.

Z-type elevators are used to automatically convey bulk granular materials to a top weighing system. They employ continuous conveying to reduce the frequency of manual feeding and can adjust the conveying speed according to different products to ensure uniform feeding.

The PLC control system centrally manages all operating modules of the equipment and allows for parameter setting, production speed adjustment, and fault information display via a touchscreen.
