This doy stand-up pouch machine combines a multihead weigher with an automatic pre-made pouch packaging system. The upper weighing unit distributes and measures the granular product to reach the preset target weight, while the lower packaging section handles pouch feeding, opening, filling, and sealing. By integrating these operations into one machine, the system provides a coordinated packaging process for granular pet food and treats in stand-up pouches.

During operation, granular pet food first enters the feeding system, where it is distributed among the various weighing units of a multihead weigher. Each weigh hopper independently measures the weight of the material it contains; the control system then calculates all possible weight combinations to meet the target net weight, selecting the optimal combination that satisfies the pre-set criteria for discharge.

Simultaneously, the bag-feeding mechanism delivers packaging pouches to a designated station according to a programmed sequence. Once a pouch is correctly positioned and opened, the system waits for the weighing units to release the measured portion of the product. The granules travel through a discharge chute into the pouch, which is then transported to the sealing area.
