This is a fully automatic 8-station rotary stand up packing machine specifically designed for powdered products. It automatically completes the feeding, opening, filling, sealing, and discharging of pre-made bags in a continuous rotary cycle-requiring no manual bag feeding and no operators between stations.

This machine uses a servo-driven spiral filling system, enabling precise, dust-free quantitative filling of a wide range of products, from free-flowing flour to ultrafine milk powder and flavorings. One operator can manage the entire production line; the PLC touchscreen can store multiple product formulas and allow for instant switching between different packaging sizes and specifications.

Whether you are packaging coffee powder, protein powder, seasonings, detergents, or chemical powders into stand-up pouches, zipper bags, or flat bags, this machine provides ±1% filling accuracy.

Eight-Station Rotary Packaging: Utilizing a multi-station rotary structure, different packaging actions are distributed to independent stations, reducing waiting time between processes and creating a continuous workflow for bag picking, opening, filling, and sealing.

Specifically for Pre-made Bag Packaging: Packaging is done directly using pre-made bags, eliminating the need for bag making on the equipment. Suitable for products with predetermined packaging sizes, bag types, and printing effects.

Automatic Packaging Status Detection: The equipment can detect key actions such as bag picking and opening, reducing the number of empty, unopened, or abnormal packages entering the subsequent filling process.

Independent Sealing Structure Control: The sealing mechanism heat-seals the pre-made bag opening and can adjust sealing parameters according to bag material characteristics, resulting in a more stable seal.

The bag opening mechanism's auxiliary suction cup firmly holds and separates the two panels, while the air nozzle inflates the bag opening until it is fully open. The opening size is adjustable to match the filling nozzle, ensuring that powder does not spill onto the bag's edge.

Eight precision-positioned bag clamps are mounted on a robust turntable, securely holding the packaging bags throughout the entire cycle. The clamping pressure is adjustable.

The stand up packing machine screw servo motor drives precise start/stop control, ensuring accurate measurement in each cycle.

The heat sealing mechanism features a heated sealing clamp with independent temperature control (PID), adjustable pressure, and dwell time.
