The eight-station standing pouch packing machine is designed for automated filling and sealing of powder products in pre-made stand-up pouches. Instead of forming bags from roll film, the machine uses ready-made pouches and transfers them through a multi-station rotary system, allowing bag handling, powder dosing, filling, sealing, and finished product discharge to be completed within one continuous packaging cycle.

Powder is supplied to the dosing system and measured according to the preset filling parameters before entering the pouch. The rotary mechanism then moves each pouch through the corresponding stations for automatic bag opening, filling, sealing, and discharge. This coordinated process reduces the need for separate manual operations and provides a more consistent workflow for powder pouch packaging.

The machine can be configured for a wide range of powder products, including milk powder, protein powder, coffee powder, seasoning blends, flour, starch, pharmaceutical powders, food ingredients, and selected chemical powders. Depending on the product and package requirements, the dosing system, pouch specifications, and operating parameters can be adjusted to accommodate different filling quantities and premade bag formats.

Pre-made bags are neatly placed in the storage area, where they are individually separated and picked up by an automatic bag-retrieving mechanism. The storage bins can be adjusted according to the actual bag shape, ensuring that pre-made bags of different sizes can stably enter the bag-retrieving area.

The bag clamping mechanism not only positions the bag, but also keeps the bag stable during subsequent rotation, so that actions such as opening, filling and sealing can accurately correspond to the position of the bag opening.

The standing pouch packing machine's eight-station rotary work platform rotates according to a set rhythm, sequentially delivering packaging bags to different processing positions.

The filling nozzle is positioned to correspond to the pre-made bag and is adjusted according to the powder characteristics and packaging specifications.
