The food spout pouch filling and capping machine employs a frame-type main structure design, with the internal structure divided into a bag-carrying area, a power transmission area, an electrical control area, and a material handling area. Each area is independently arranged to prevent liquid contamination of the electrical system and facilitates future maintenance.

The core of the equipment's operation is not the conveyor belt but a synchronous clamping mechanism specifically designed for spout bags. After the packaging bag enters the equipment, it is fixed to the running track by the clamping components, preventing free movement of the bag throughout the production process.This ensures that even with large packaging volumes and increasing bag weight, the accuracy of subsequent workstations is not affected.

In the liquid handling section, the equipment uses a closed-loop material conveying circuit. After entering the metering system from the storage system, the material is conveyed to the filling unit via a pressure balancing device. The entire conveying process is continuously connected, effectively reducing air contamination and liquid residue issues.
