Vertical Automatic Granule Packing Machine

The Vertical Automatic Granule Packing Machine is a fully automatic packaging solution integrating automatic feeding, multi-head combination weighing, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge.
The machine is controlled by an advanced PLC system and equipped with multi-head combination weighing technology, making it especially suitable for high-precision quantitative packaging of granular and small block materials in small bags.
It offers the advantages of high accuracy, high efficiency, and stable long-term operation.

1. Automatic Feeding: Granular material enters from the hopper via a Z-type elevator, continuously and evenly conveying it to the storage hopper of the multi-head combined weighing machine, ensuring stable feeding by the weighing system.

2. Multi-head Combined Weighing: The multi-head weighing machine consists of multiple independent weighing units (e.g., 10-head, 14-head, etc.), each weighing hopper equipped with a high-precision weighing sensor.

3. Discharge and Synchronization Control: After combined weighing is completed, the selected weighing hoppers open simultaneously, and the material falls through the discharge port into the filling tube of the packaging machine. This process, along with the bag-making and sealing actions of the packaging machine, is synchronously controlled by a PLC system to ensure precise matching between the discharge and bag position.

4. Bag Forming: The packaging film is automatically unwound, tension-adjusted, and stretched by the forming device, folded into a cylindrical shape, and then back-sealed by the longitudinal sealing device to form a continuous bag tube.

5. Filling: After the bag tube is formed, the weighed material falls vertically into the formed packaging bag through the filling tube, avoiding material splashing or jamming.

6. Sealing and Cutting: The transverse sealing device heat-seals the bag to ensure a strong and airtight seal. Simultaneously, the bag is cut to a fixed length to form individual small bags.

The automatic feeding system continuously and evenly delivers granular materials to the multi-head combination weigher, ensuring a stable and consistent material supply.

The weighing sensor uses a high-sensitivity sensor to ensure accurate and reliable weighing data for each weighing.

The  film feeding device smoothly feeds the film, adapting to different specifications of packaging film.

The film-pulling mechanism is driven by a servo motor, ensuring precise film feeding and stable bag length control.
