This spice filling machine uses a screw feeder to stably convey powder from the hopper to the feeding pipe, where it enters a high-precision metering system, ensuring accurate filling of each bag. The metering method can be adapted to powders with different flowability by adjusting the screw speed and vibration amplitude, guaranteeing a weight error within ±1%-2%. After the roll film is processed into a standard back-seal bag shape by the forming tube and bag clamp, it is sealed by a heat-sealing assembly with a precisely adjustable sealing temperature. The entire machine is PLC-controlled, and the touchscreen interface allows real-time monitoring of production speed, bag length, metering volume, and equipment status and supports automatic alarms and shutdown protection. The single-row design makes the equipment compact, facilitating continuous operation in small to medium-sized production workshops, achieving efficient and stable powder packaging.
