During operation, the packaging film is first shaped into a continuous tubular bag by the forming device, followed by precise longitudinal sealing along the back seam. Simultaneously, the motor-driven screw feeder continuously delivers powder to the metering screw, where the filling volume is tightly regulated according to pre-programmed parameters before being dispensed into each bag. The transverse sealing mechanism then executes top sealing and cutting, producing consistently uniform individual packages.
The screw feeder is powered by a variable-speed motor, enabling rapid adaptation to powders with different flow properties, bulk densities, or particle sizes. The fully enclosed feeding pipeline minimizes dust emission, ensuring a clean production environment and reducing cross-contamination risks.
