Addressing the susceptibility of powdered materials to humidity, particle size, and flowability, the equipment features optimized feeding and unloading processes to ensure stable material entry into the packaging bags.

For powders that are prone to clumping or have poor flowability, a stirring device is installed inside the hopper to continuously disperse the material.

The feeding nozzle features a slender design that precisely aligns with the bag opening. During feeding, powder enters the bag directly, minimizing powder dispersion.

The equipment is particularly suitable for packaging small-volume powder products such as 1g, 2g, 5g, and 10g.

The packaging film conveying distance is controlled by a servo drive, and the film length is precisely calculated by the system for each pull.

Pneumatic components are centrally mounted in an independent air circuit module, making air pressure regulation more convenient. Each actuator has a fast response speed, ensuring stable completion of sealing, cutting, and other actions.

The powder and packaging machines is equipped with a high-precision film dispensing mechanism at the top, which can accurately distribute the entire roll of packaging film to each packaging channel.
