The packing machine powder utilizes a screw metering system as its core dosing mechanism, integrated with an automatic bag-forming system to ensure efficient and continuous packaging of powder materials. During operation, the powder is delivered into the hopper via the feeding unit. It is then accurately dosed by the rotating screw and discharged through the filling tube into the pre-formed bag. Meanwhile, the packaging film is guided through the forming unit, where it is shaped into a cylindrical tube, followed by longitudinal back sealing and transverse sealing to produce a complete package.

To accommodate the characteristics of powder materials-such as dust generation and adhesion-the machine is typically equipped with dust covers, extraction ports, and sealed structures. These features effectively minimize dust dispersion and help maintain a clean working environment.

The packing machine powder adopts a detachable powder head for easy, dead-angle-free cleaning that prevents residue and contamination and is simple to assemble/disassemble.

The sealing pressure is uniform, which can ensure the airtightness of the powder packaging bag and prevent powder leakage or moisture.
