This automatic powder packaging machine does more than simply bag powder; it integrates feeding, storage, metering, bag forming, filling, and sealing into a continuous packaging workflow. During operation, the operator loads powder into a hoist at a low level; the hoist conveys the raw material to a storage hopper atop the machine, from which an auger metering system dispenses precise quantities based on preset parameters. Once the powder enters the formed bag, the packaging film moves continuously downward, undergoing back sealing, top sealing, and cutting in sequence to produce finished, individual large back-seal powder bags.To accommodate variations in powder flowability, bulk density, and discharge characteristics, the equipment can be configured with specific auger metering, anti-bridging agitation, and discharge mechanisms tailored to the material. 

The machine's main frame provides unified support for the feeding, metering, bag-forming, and sealing systems, while also reserving space within the unit for maintenance and adjustments.

The diameter, pitch, and structural design of the metering screw affect the powder conveyance characteristics. The appropriate screw must be selected based on the specific powder's flowability and packaging requirements.

The interior of the hoist's conveying chamber handles the continuous lifting of powder, transporting raw material from a lower level to a position above the packaging machine. The conveying section connects to the hopper above, allowing the powder to flow directly from the raw material intake to the packaging unit.

After being unwound, the film passes through multiple guide points and enters the forming zone. The automatic powder packaging machine guiding structure ensures the film travels along a predetermined path, minimizing misalignment during high-speed, continuous operation.
