Powder Machine Packing

The equipment employs multi-lane synchronous bag making, metering, filling, and sealing technology, enabling continuous production of multiple packaging bags in a single operation, significantly increasing packaging output per unit time.

The powder machine packing entire machine integrates automatic film feeding, bag forming, powder metering, quantitative filling, longitudinal and transverse sealing, cutting and packaging, and finished product output, suitable for high-volume, standardized production needs. The packaging bags are back-sealed strip bags, with a flat and secure seal and a uniform, aesthetically pleasing design, meeting the high-efficiency packaging requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, health product, and daily chemical industries. The equipment supports the production of strip bags of different specifications; packaging sizes can be quickly switched by adjusting the molds and parameters, improving production flexibility.

After packaging production begins, the packaging film is first released from the film feeding rack and maintained in a stable conveying state by a correction device and tension control mechanism. The packaging film enters the multi-row forming system and is folded into multiple continuous cylindrical packaging channels.

Simultaneously, powder material is conveyed to the storage hopper by the feeding equipment. The material in the storage hopper enters the screw metering mechanism. Under PLC control, the servo motor precisely controls the number of screw rotations according to the set weight, achieving high-precision quantitative feeding.

When the packaging bag reaches the set length, the longitudinal sealing device first completes the back seal, forming a complete bag cylinder structure. Then, the screw metering system accurately fills the corresponding packaging bag with powder. After filling, the transverse sealing mechanism heat-seals the top and bottom of the bag, forming an individual package.

Finally, the cutting system cuts the continuous packaging according to the set length, outputting individual finished strip bags. The entire process operates continuously in a cycle, with each process synchronized and coordinated, achieving high-speed and stable production.

The hopper is equipped with an automatic stirring device to prevent powder bridging, clumping and blockage, and ensures continuous and uniform material feeding, which is especially suitable for powder products with poor flowability.

A high-precision servo motor drives the screw for feeding, and precise control of rotation speed and number of revolutions achieves quantitative filling.

The longitudinal and transverse sealing sections have independent temperature control, allowing for precise temperature adjustment.

The powder machine packing have a high-speed pneumatic drive system is used to achieve simultaneous sealing and cutting.

Precision-machined molds are used to ensure high consistency in the dimensions of each column, guaranteeing a uniform appearance for the packaging bags.

Equipped with photoelectric detection and automatic correction functions, it monitors the film roll's running status in real time and automatically corrects any offset positions.
