This automatic washing powder pouch packing machine features a vertical, large-format back-seal structure. Integrated with a screw-based powder metering system and a lifting conveyor, it enables the automatic transport and continuous packaging of powder products.

During operation, the operator simply loads the powder into the hopper at the base of the lifting conveyor, which then transports the material to the storage hopper atop the packaging machine. The screw metering unit dispenses precise quantities based on preset parameters. Packaging film is formed into a tube via the forming assembly; once the powder enters the bag, the machine sequentially performs longitudinal back-sealing, transverse sealing, and cutting, ultimately discharging the finished, large-format powder package.

The screw metering system can be configured according to specific powder characteristics-such as flowability, density, particle fineness, fill weight, and bag dimensions-ensuring the equipment is optimally suited to actual production requirements.

1. Precision Auger Dosing: Utilizes an auger dosing system where the screw configuration is selected based on specific powder characteristics; the discharge volume is controlled by the rotation of the auger. This method is suitable for powder products with varying densities and flow properties.

2. Automated Multi-Stage Packaging: Integrates multiple processes-including bag forming, filling, sealing, and cutting-into a single continuous operation, minimizing the need for manual intervention.

3. Dust Control Design: Addresses the issue of dust generation during powder packaging by incorporating appropriate dust-containment structures and dust extraction ports tailored to material properties, thereby improving the production environment around the equipment.

4. Customization Support: Equipment configurations can be tailored to specific requirements, including packaging weight, bag dimensions (width and length), powder characteristics, production capacity, and packaging film material.

By controlling the operation of the screw servo motor via the control system, adjustments to the fill volume can be achieved.

The control panel allows for the adjustment of fill volume, bag length, packaging speed, sealing temperature, and other operating parameters based on the specific product. When switching products or packaging specifications, the corresponding parameters can be adjusted via the control panel.

Material enters the washing powder pouch packing machine hopper through the inlet and moves upward along the spiral conveying tube-driven by vibration and the spiral propulsion mechanism-before being discharged from the outlet, thereby achieving efficient, continuous vertical transport.

The packaging film roll is mounted on the film roll holder at the rear of the machine. This holder supports the film roll and works in conjunction with the film transport mechanism to ensure the continuous feeding of the packaging film into the bag-forming system. Mounting structures of appropriate sizes can be selected to accommodate different bag widths.
