Sachet Liquid Filling Machine

This is a six-lane fully automatic liquid packaging machine designed for the pet wet food industry. Its main use is to continuously produce perfectly bagged and securely sealed three-side packages of sticky, liquid-like pet foods like cat sticks, dog sticks, meat paste, and nutritional paste.

What it tackles is one of the biggest headaches for pet food factories: liquid and paste materials are hard to fill manually, filling isn't accurate, and it's slow. Semi-automatic machines require a lot of manual oversight, which slows production and causes inconsistent quality. This machine integrates 'bag-making, measuring, filling, and sealing' into one device. A roll of composite film feeds in from the top, and six lanes of finished cat sticks come out continuously from the bottom-completely unmanned.

1. Six-lane parallel structure: Six lanes share one roll of film and one set of control systems, taking up little space and offering high production density.
2. Servo three-axis linkage: The film feeding, horizontal sealing, and vertical sealing are driven by independent servos, moving in precise sync, keeping bag length stable without drifting.
3. All stainless steel food-grade design: The frame, hopper, pipelines, and pump body are all made of 304 stainless steel, with no sanitary dead spots and easy to clean.
4. Smart color mark tracking: The photoelectric eye captures printed color marks in real-time, automatically correcting bag-making positions so patterns align perfectly with bag shapes.
5. Modular pump head filling: Six pump heads can be quickly detached independently and started or stopped individually, so servicing one lane doesn't affect the production of the others.
