The snack food packing machine consists of a feeding system, a multi-head combination weigher, a platform support, a vertical packaging machine, a finished product conveying device, and an electrical control system. During operation, the material is first conveyed to the multi-head combination weigher via an elevator. The combination weigher quickly calculates the optimal combined weight using multiple weighing hoppers, achieving high-precision quantitative measurement. The weighed material then enters the vertical packaging machine through the discharge port.

The packaging machine feeds the packaging film into the forming unit via a film winding system, forming a cylindrical packaging bag and completing the longitudinal back seal. Subsequently, the transverse sealing mechanism performs a transverse seal, while a cutter cuts the packaging bag into individual bags. The entire process is coordinated by a PLC control system, achieving automated continuous production.

The Z-type elevator steadily conveys materials to the upper equipment through continuously running buckets and is linked with a multi-head scale through an automatic control system.

The snack food packing machine consists of multiple weighing hoppers, a vibrating feeder, and a central control system. When the material enters the weighing area, it performs rapid and accurate quantitative weighing of the granular material.

Film feeding systems are typically equipped with photoelectric label tracking devices that can automatically identify the position of color marks on the packaging film, enabling precise positioning and bag cutting.

The size, weight, and shape of the packaging bags can all be adjusted according to customer needs, enabling the equipment to adapt to the packaging production of different product specifications.
