The snack granule packaging machine integrates a material transport system, multi-head combination weighing system, vertical bag-forming and filling unit, sealing and cutting mechanism, and a centralized electrical control system. All components operate in sync according to programmed instructions, achieving a fully automated packaging workflow.

In operation, granular products are first elevated to the distribution plate of the multi-head weigher via a lifting conveyor. The plate evenly channels the material into multiple weighing hoppers through precise vibration control. Each hopper is fitted with a dedicated weighing sensor, enabling the system to quickly compute and select the combination of hoppers that most accurately meets the preset weight. Once the optimal combination is determined, the measured material is simultaneously discharged into the machine's filling chute, ready for bag formation and sealing.

1. High-Efficiency Weighing Structure: The equipment adopts a multi-head combination weighing system that quickly calculates and selects optimal weight combinations from multiple weighing hoppers. This method significantly reduces the weighing time for each cycle while improving overall packaging efficiency and productivity.

2. Stable Bag-Making System: The vertical bag-forming mechanism is equipped with a precision film-guiding structure that ensures smooth and stable film movement throughout the packaging process. This design effectively minimizes film deviation and helps maintain consistent bag formation.

3. Accurate Bag Length Control: A servo-driven film pulling system precisely controls the film feeding length, ensuring that each package is produced with uniform dimensions. This results in neatly formed bags with a consistent and professional appearance.

The sealing device is equipped with an independent temperature control module, which can set the appropriate sealing temperature according to different packaging materials.

The entire machine frame is made of high-strength stainless steel, which provides excellent stability and load-bearing capacity.

Each weighing hopper is equipped with a high-sensitivity weighing sensor, which can detect the weight of the material in real time and transmit the data to the control system for calculation.

The sealing system uses a heating block for heat sealing, and the sealing temperature is regulated by a temperature controller to ensure sealing strength and sealing effect.

The filling and feeding port is located between the combined scale and the packaging machine, and is used to receive the weighed material and guide it into the packaging bag.

The film feeding device is used in conjunction with a photoelectric color mark detection system. When a positioning color mark is printed on the packaging film, the photoelectric sensor can identify the mark position in real time.
