The working principle of the large-back-seal granule multi-head weighing packaging machine combines multi-head combined weighing technology with vertical bag-making and packaging technology to achieve a fully automated process from material feeding to finished product output. First, the material is conveyed to the storage hopper of the multi-head combined weigher via an elevator. The main vibrating plate evenly distributes the material into each weighing hopper. Each hopper is weighed independently. The system uses a computer-aided algorithm to quickly select the combination closest to the target weight from multiple hoppers and simultaneously opens the corresponding hopper, allowing the material to fall.

Then, the weighed material enters the forming tube of the vertical packaging machine through the discharge port. Simultaneously, the packaging film is released by the film winding device, rolled into a cylindrical shape by the forming device, and then longitudinally heat-sealed to form a back-seal structure. The material completes filling during its descent. Subsequently, the horizontal sealing device heat-seals the bag from top to bottom and cuts it, thus forming an individual packaging bag.

The entire process is coordinated by the control system, achieving continuous, high-speed, and precise automated packaging operations.

Multi-head combination scales are responsible for the accurate weighing of granular materials, achieving high-precision automatic metering. Each weighing head is equipped with an independent vibrating plate to ensure uniform material flow.

The feeding system transports granular materials from the silo to the multi-head scale. The material is then conveyed via a Z-type elevator.

The bag-making system can automatically fill weighed materials into packaging bags and seal them. It supports various packaging methods such as three-side seal, four-side seal, back seal, and zipper bags; the sealing temperature, bag length, and bag width are adjustable.
