Tube Sealing Machine

This automatic tube sealing machine is designed to process aluminum-plastic laminated tubes and all-plastic PE tubes, making it suitable for packaging a wide range of viscous products. Typical applications include toothpaste, facial cleansers, moisturizing creams, pharmaceutical ointments, hair dyes, and paste-based sauces. The machine is built with SUS304 stainless steel to support hygienic production and meet applicable GMP-related requirements for cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing. From tube feeding and orientation to quantitative filling, end sealing, batch coding, and finished-product discharge, each stage operates within an integrated automated system, reducing direct manual handling and improving production consistency.

Conventional tube packaging setups often require separate equipment for different operations, with workers manually loading and aligning tubes between stages. This fragmented workflow can slow production and introduce inconsistencies, such as inaccurate filling volumes, incorrect print-mark alignment, uneven sealing, and product leakage.

To overcome these limitations, the machine combines tube orientation, positioning, filling, sealing, and coding in one coordinated unit. A PLC control system and touchscreen interface simplify parameter setting and operation, while the servo-driven piston filling mechanism supports precise, repeatable dosing. The photoelectric registration system detects the tube's color mark to help maintain the correct sealing and printing position.  Together, these mechanisms improve process coordination, reduce common packaging defects, and deliver more consistent finished tubes.
