Unlike basic powder filling equipment, this zipper pouch machine is designed for the complete processing workflow involving powder materials and pre-made bags.

Operators are responsible only for replenishing the powder and pre-made bags. Powder is loaded at a low-level inlet and conveyed to the top of the machine by a lifting mechanism, while pre-made bags are placed in a storage hopper and automatically fed into the rotary operating system.

During operation, bags are picked individually and passed through a series of specialized stations: the bag is positioned and opened prior to filling, the specified dosage of powder is dispensed, and the bag is then conveyed to the sealing station to be sealed.

1. The lifting mechanism and the overhead storage hopper create a buffer zone between the raw material feeding and filling cycles. This eliminates the need for operators to manually feed the metering system during every packaging operation, thereby simplifying the powder replenishment process.

2. Manual bagging typically involves repetitive actions such as picking up, opening, filling, positioning, and sealing the bags. Automating these tasks helps establish a more consistent operational pace and reduces reliance on individual operator habits.

3. This equipment integrates processes-including material conveying, bag handling, metering, filling, and sealing-into a single packaging system. Compared to multiple independent manual steps, this integrated approach makes the production workflow easier to organize and manage.

The hoist is located at the machine's infeed side. Its low-level intake facilitates powder replenishment, while the conveyor section transports material upward to the feeding zone.

The auger assembly controls the powder discharge volume. Different auger configurations can be selected based on powder characteristics, target fill weight, and required dosing precision.

Bag Magazine: Used to store pre-made bags before they enter the automated packaging process. Operators can replenish bags in batches here, eliminating the need to manually place individual bags during every packaging cycle.
