The automatic doypack pouch packing machine utilizes a screw-lifting structure to vertically convey materials and ensure a stable powder supply within a closed chute. A metering screw then performs single-pass metering output, and finally, an eight-station rotary platform completes the bag loading and sealing process.

The upper screw-lifting unit stably conveys bulk powder from the lower hopper to the intermediate buffer hopper, creating a continuous supply. The central metering system controls volume through screw rotation displacement and incorporates a feedback system for fine-tuning each discharge.

The lower eight-station rotary platform serves as the execution core, distributing packaging actions to different fixed stations for sequential processing. This ensures each action is completed in an independent space, avoiding mutual interference. The entire machine is coordinated by a unified control system, maintaining a consistent rhythm between material flow, metering, and packaging execution.

The spiral lifting channel adopts a fully enclosed cylindrical structure, and the internal spiral blades drive the material upward in a continuous propulsion manner.

The eight-station turntable adopts a high-rigidity disc structure, with each station equipped with an independent support base for fixing the bag position.

The overall control adopts a partitioned logic structure, which independently controls the conveying, metering and execution parts, and then synchronizes the cycle through the main controller to achieve collaborative operation of multiple systems.
