This multi-lane seasoning packaging machine features a compact structure that combines powder feeding, metering, packaging, and control functions into one integrated system. The powder feeding unit is installed on the top of the machine and uses a horizontal screw mechanism to deliver powder evenly to each packaging lane. This design helps maintain stable feeding performance, even when handling powders with different flow characteristics.

During operation, the film roll is first installed on the film feeding mechanism, and then stably conveyed to the forming area by the traction system. The forming unit guides the film to fold according to the set dimensions, forming a continuous strip bag structure.

Simultaneously, powder enters the storage hopper and is conveyed by a horizontal screw feeding mechanism. The number of screw rotations determines the powder output, and the control system adjusts the feeding action according to preset parameters, ensuring that multiple packaging channels simultaneously obtain the same weight of product.

After filling, the equipment enters the sealing stage:

● The longitudinal sealing mechanism continuously seals the back of the bag, forming a stable back seal structure;

● The transverse sealing mechanism seals the bag opening;

● The cutter automatically cuts the bag to the set length;

● The finished strip bags are discharged through the output mechanism.

The equipment is equipped with an independent film feeding structure for installing packaging film rolls and maintaining a continuous and stable film supply.

The feeding screw adopts an easy-to-disassemble installation method, allowing the screw assembly to be quickly removed when changing products or cleaning the equipment, reducing downtime.

The sealing system employs an independent heating control structure, allowing for precise temperature adjustment of each sealing zone to achieve suitable heat-sealing effects for different packaging film materials.

The seasoning packaging machine uses a dedicated screw metering system to precisely deliver powder. By controlling the screw rotation speed and the number of revolutions, stable and continuous quantitative feeding is achieved.
