Tea Pouch Packing Machine

The tea pouch packing machine employs a fully automated three-dimensional bag-making process, using food-grade nylon mesh, PLA biodegradable corn fiber filter screen, and PET mesh as packaging media. Ultrasonic welding technology is used to form a three-dimensional tea bag structure.

During operation, the rolled filter screen material enters the bag-making system via the unwinding mechanism, while the metered tea leaves simultaneously enter the forming area. The system automatically forms a triangular three-dimensional bag according to a preset program and seals it using ultrasonic waves. No heating is required during the sealing process, effectively preventing high temperatures from affecting the aroma of the tea and the performance of the packaging materials.

After the equipment starts, the tea leaves first enter the storage hopper and are quantitatively dispensed by a multi-head weighing system.

Simultaneously, the inner bag filter material is conveyed to the triangular bag-forming system by the unwinding mechanism. The metered tea leaves enter the bag body, and the ultrasonic sealing system seals the triangular tea bags, with cotton thread and labels installed simultaneously.

After the inner bags are made, an automatic conveyor transports the tea bags to the outer bag packaging area. The outer packaging film is guided by a film guiding mechanism and a forming device to form a packaging bag, and the inner bag automatically falls into the outer bag.

Subsequently, the horizontal sealing mechanism and the vertical sealing mechanism seal the outer bag, and the cutting system cuts and separates the individual packaging bags. The finished products are output via a conveyor belt, achieving continuous automated production.

The entire production process is uniformly coordinated by a PLC control system, with each station operating synchronously to ensure packaging accuracy and production stability.
