This equipment automatically completes bag making, metering, filling, sealing, and cutting processes to package liquid products into four-side-seal pouches. This single-lane sachet packing machine liquid features a vertical structure. A film forming system folds the packaging film into a pouch shape and heat-seals all four sides. Liquid material is quantitatively delivered via a high-precision metering pump or piston pump and injected into the formed pouch, followed by sealing and bag cutting.

The equipment adopts a modular structure, with each functional unit working collaboratively to achieve an integrated packaging process from unwinding the packaging film to outputting the finished pouch. By adjusting parameters, it can adapt to different pouch sizes and filling volumes, meeting the pouch packaging needs of various liquid products.

Metering pumps made of corrosion-resistant materials ensure stable delivery and precise filling.

Composed of a PLC controller and a touch screen, it is responsible for overall machine operation control, parameter setting, and fault indication.

The sealing temperature is adjusted by an independent temperature control module, allowing for the setting of appropriate temperatures based on different packaging film materials.
