Our multilane packaging machine’s HMI system is usually consist of the following screens:
1) Main—the Home Page , There are 2 choices, ENGLISH or 中文. And also the supplier’s contact information.
The home page shows the all six menus: AUTO, MANUAL, PARAMETER and Main.
2) Auto----Automatic operate interface, also main operate screen.
The main running screen includes the below two parts:
A. Hot function key switches:
Count on/off, quantity stop set function switch.
Filling on/off, filling head switch under normal running state;
Debugging on/off, empty bag testing machine switch.
B. Monitoring:
Speed, showing the running speed;
Capacity, showing the output bag quantity;
Quantity stop set, the SET output of packed bags. The machine is to stop running when the actual output has been up to the set quantity;
Operating state, showing the operating state/Alarm information
3）Manual---- Main menu, also called as inching operation screen
There are the order buttons of INCH PULL FILM, MAKE ONE BAG, ONCE FILL, HORI.SEAL OPEN, VERT.SEAL OPEN, CUTTER UNTREAD, FILM PULL OPEN, FILL PULL STOP , and FEEDER ON .
4）Parameter---- the screen of general parameter setting.
There are a series of TIME and DELAY settings such as VERL.SEAL TIME and FILM PULL DELAY .
After switching on the machine, you’ll see the screen shines and the Language Interface will be shown as the following picture.
