The shape of the container is generally U-shaped or square. Cylindrical containers are conducive to the circulation of materials and reduce the dead corners of mixing; square containers have more advantages in space utilization and are convenient for installing auxiliary equipment. The interior of the container is usually designed with a smooth surface to prevent powder residue, and some containers have a certain tilt angle at the bottom to facilitate the complete discharge of materials after mixing.

Stirring device

Its working principle is to push the powder in the axial and circumferential directions through the rotation of the spiral blade to achieve mixing.

 

Equipped with an intuitive operation panel, generally with button type or touch screen type. The operator can set parameters such as mixing time, mixing speed, feed amount, discharge amount, etc. through the operation panel.
