Working principle

During operation, the film unwinding mechanism first unfolds the film and feeds it into the forming area. After passing through guide rollers and the forming device, the packaging film is folded into a longitudinally multi-row tubular structure. Subsequently, the longitudinal sealing device heat-seals the back of each row of bags, forming a continuous cylindrical bag body.

Simultaneously, the metering system begins operation, and powder material is precisely conveyed to each feeding port via screw rotation or metering devices, synchronously filling the corresponding bag body.

After the material filling is complete, the transverse sealing mechanism performs a transverse seal, sealing the upper and lower bag openings. Finally, the cutting system cuts the bag to a set length, forming individual small bag products. The entire process is completed continuously under the coordination of the control system, achieving high-speed and stable operation.
