From the beginning of this issue, we will introduce how to carry out efficient maintenance and maintenance of packaging equipment according to the parts of the horizontal packaging machine. Since entering summer, most areas of China are hot and rainy, and the air is sultry and humid. This season, electrical component failures occur frequently. First of all, I will introduce the maintenance and maintenance content of packaging mechanical and electrical components.

1. Control cabinet and operation part of packaging machine:
●The cabinet appearance is clean, and the touch screen, main power switch handle, indicator light, operation button, door and lock on the panel are intact.
●The heat dissipation element (heat dissipation fan) in the cabinet works normally.
●The appearance of the electrical components in the cabinet is clean, no dirt, no defect, no irrelevant sundries, especially metal articles.
●All electrical switches in the cabinet are marked correctly, completely and without falling off.
●Each electric appliance inside the cabinet is fastened firmly, the lead wire is neat and tidy, each lead wire joint is not loose, (including earthing wire point), or the safety hidden trouble such as overheat discoloring aging exists.
●Without the approval of the equipment department, it is strictly prohibited to modify or adjust the controller (such as frequency converter, servo driver, etc.) parameters adjustment and setting, and it is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily change the electrical circuit and other operations.
2. Control circuit outside the cabinet:
●Each control line has no oil pollution, no damage, no overheating insulation aging, no chemical corrosion damage, etc.
●All control lines are routed orderly, and there is no potential interference of mechanical parts.
3. Control part inside the cabinet:
●Check whether the PLC wiring is good and reliable, no aging loosening.
●If the device is offline for a long time, power on the device for at least 2 hours every day.
4. Input or sensor parts:
●Each sensor is vulnerable and has a high failure point, so it needs to be inspected to prevent other mechanical action failures or accidents due to impurity, looseness and failure.
●Check the appearance of each sensor is clean and intact.
●Check the tightness of each sensor.
●Check whether the action of each sensor is sensitive and reliable.
●Check whether the leads of each sensor are intact.
5.Common faults and troubleshooting methods:
●Output execution parts (such as motor, relay, contactor, solenoid valve, electric heater, etc.) are fragile parts, which need to be checked and re-checked frequently.
●Check the appearance of the device.
●Check whether the working current of motors, transformers, and electric heaters is normal.
●Motor appearance is good, no oil dust, running and running sound is normal.
