Packaging machine regular mechanical maintenance is a good way to maintain the stability of mechanical life and performance, generally speaking, in the maintenance process, except for the operation and maintenance personnel, the rest of the mechanical maintenance is prohibited, before operation to cut off the power supply, to avoid danger.
Basic maintenance procedures:
1. The machine conveyor must be cleaned with air pressure before work every day.
2. Maintenance of residual recovery wheel shaft:
(1) Maintenance once a month.
(2) Remove the fixing nut of the recovery wheel, and take out the spring and the collection wheel.
(3) Spread butter on the contact surface of the shaft and the recovery wheel to make the collection wheel run smoothly.
3. When the shrinkage film residue is found at the seal, please gently remove the surface residue with a soft plate. It is forbidden to wipe with metal, which will destroy the protective film of the knife and reduce the function of the sealing knife.
4, bearing and bearing seat maintenance: maintenance once every three months, the surface of the table with bearing and bearing seat part, must use hydraulic oil droplets in the bearing and spindle contact clearance to maintain lubrication, to ensure the surface clean.
5, chain and sprocket maintenance: every three months maintenance, first remove the cover of the transmission part, with butter coated chain and sprocket contact gap, after maintenance to reinstall the cover.
6, adjust the belt tension: belt operation after a period of time, the belt slack, belt can not be closely driven, the need to adjust the belt tension.
7. Check whether the cutter fixing screw is locked or not, and lock it if it is loose.
8. Check the flon tape on the sealing silica gel belt, and update it if it is damaged.
9. If the flon on the incision knife falls off and the film is easy to stick on the incision knife, the incision knife should be re-treated or replaced with flon.
10, replace the electric heating tube: when the electric heating tube can not be heated, the electric heating tube must be replaced:
(1) Before replacing the electric heating tube, you must determine whether the voltage and wattage of the electric heating tube are consistent, turn off the power, and wait for the waste heat of the electric heating tube to eliminate.
(2) Remove the wire of the electric heating tube located in the wiring box.
(3) Loosen the fixing screws of the electric heating tube, take out the electric heating tube, and put it into the newly purchased electric heating tube.
(4) Confirm that all screws are fixed and locked, and connect all lines to lock the wiring distribution box.
11, lifting screw to keep good lubrication: monthly maintenance about once, remove the outer baffle, butter coated with T type screw and T type nut contact gap, rotating adjustment handle lifting device up and down, lubricating oil fully lubricated, after maintenance to return to the outer baffle.
12, replace heat resistant rubber or heat resistant rubber cloth:
(1) Turn off the power and remove the residual temperature of the electric heating tube, then tear off the heat-resistant adhesive tape.
(2) Take out the heat-resistant rubber, replace the newly purchased heat-resistant rubber, install it with the concave surface of the knife holder, ensure that the surface is completely flat, and remove the excessive length and excess parts.
(3) Paste heat-resistant adhesive tape, pay attention to the adhesive tape must be smooth, no wrinkles.
