The standing pouch packaging machine features a modular, multi-level design that integrates a Z-type bucket elevator, a ten-head multihead weigher, a stainless steel working platform, and an eight-station rotary premade pouch packaging machine into one fully automated packaging system. Each module performs a dedicated function while operating in coordination with the others, creating a smooth and efficient production process. The upper section is responsible for product conveying and weighing, while the lower section completes pouch feeding, pouch opening, filling, sealing, coding, and finished product discharge. This vertical configuration maximizes space utilization, reduces the machine footprint, and makes production line layout more flexible.

At the core of the system is a high-precision rotary indexing mechanism that transfers each pouch between workstations using individual mechanical grippers. By securely holding every pouch throughout the entire packaging cycle, the machine minimizes pouch movement and positioning errors, ensuring stable operation and consistent packaging quality. The indexing system delivers accurate synchronization between stations, enabling reliable performance even during continuous high-speed production.

The elevator uses a chain-driven system to continuously circulate the buckets, with each bucket maintaining a fixed distance to ensure that the material can be evenly fed into the combined scale.

The touchscreen uses a graphical user interface that centrally displays equipment operating status, production statistics, fault alarms, workstation monitoring, and parameter settings.

After the packaging bag enters the bag opening station, the suction cup and air blowing device work simultaneously to fully open the bag opening.

Two heat-sealing mechanisms are used for pre-sealing and final sealing, respectively. The heating module adopts an integral aluminum alloy thermally conductive structure, which makes the heat distribution more uniform.
